Dentistry done differently

The dentist listened to me and explained what was going to happen clearly and in sufficient detail. The clinician was kind and courteous as was the receptionist.

I found as a very nervous patient , Derek make you relax and explain s every thing he is doing . And Wii stop treatment if you say so , just the whole experience is nice as it can be

Recently joined the practice and had a great first experience with Dr Aradhana and Carlene the hygienist. Chloe on the front desk was very helpful and made the whole process painless.

The dentist I saw was very understanding and not at all condescending about my fears. She took steps to be professional, objective and fully explain the procedure, potential problems and preferred outcome. Her approach and thoughtfulness has made me much less anxious about future visits for which I am very grateful.
