Friendly and competent staff, I felt I had full confidence in the ability of all staff in particular the dentist. Significantly more reasonable pricing than our previous dental practice. No post treatment issues.

Pleasant people who try hard to make it easy for anxious patients like me have to deal with dental surgery. The receptionist Jackie is so professional and friendly. Reman the periodontist was excellent in describing the treatment, and Clare reassuring in her manner. The surgery is always very clean and it’s a good location.

The people I saw, Rachel the hygienist and Dr Sivasubramaniam were both extremely pleasant, reassuring, informative and I didn’t feel like I was being given a hard sell of treatments or services that have had at the practice previously (unnecessary(?) X-rays, for instance)

Great staff and as a patient who is nervous about dental treatments, really put me at ease.

Receptionist is friendly and helpful.It is useful to see pictures of all the staff and their biogs on the screen in reception.Dentist (who is relatively new to me, as my regular dentist has been away on sick leave for a long time) is friendly, appears highly competent and explains clearly what she has found during check-up and what needs to be done. This gives me a lot of confidence in her, which for me is essential, as I get very nervous about treatments I might need, such as fillings.
